This weekend we kick our 2014 wedding season off with two
awesome weddings one in Milwaukee, WI the other in LaCrosse WI and both being
beer related which is awesome! To celebrate the craziness (that we love!) we
are sharing our last wedding of 2013, which was Eric & Elizabeth’s gorgeous
wedding in Decatur, IL!
All truth out there, Liz is my awesome Sister-In-Law, I couldn’t
ask for a better one. (Hi-ya Sister Liz!) Her sweet little family made this day even more special
and Eric is an awesome guy that and they really are meant for each other. We
all have such a blast when we hang out together too which never hurts!
The ceremony was held at the beautiful St.James Catholic Parish
(which we have another wedding at in a few weeks!) and the reception was at the
historic and always classy Decatur Club. One of the highlights from the day was
that Liz was able to pull off two awesome surprises for Eric… one being an
amazing retro 1950’s Cadillac limo as their getaway car and the second a Cubs
themed grooms cake!
What can we say…. it was a great day with lots of excitement and
love all around. Oh and did I mention this was VERY fun group who liked to have a good time?! Now let 2014 roll!
